Terms of Service

Effective April 2026

Tweedr was made to be a place where everyone is positive, and escape from the negativity of the modern era.

1. The Spirit of Tweedr

The internet has gotten pretty negative. Tweedr is the pushback against that. Every part of it is built to keep things good, and when you sign up, you're agreeing to keep it that way too.

2. Who Can Use Tweedr

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tweedr. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Company and brand accounts are welcome on Tweedr, provided they follow the same community standards as everyone else.

3. What You Can Post

✦ Share ideas, thoughts, creativity, and things that make you happy.
✦ Encourage others. Celebrate wins, big and small.
✦ Be honest, be yourself, be kind.

4. What Is Not Allowed

The following content will be removed and may result in account suspension:

5. Positivity as a Standard

We hold content to a higher bar than most platforms. It is not enough to simply avoid rule-breaking — we ask that you actively contribute to a positive environment. Persistent negativity, even when not technically prohibited, may result in a review of your account.

6. Your Content

You own what you post. By posting on Tweedr you grant us a licence to display and distribute your content within the platform. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

7. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion removes all your posts, messages, and personal data from our systems. This cannot be undone.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. Serious violations (threats, illegal content) will result in immediate permanent bans. We will always try to act fairly, but the final decision rests with the Tweedr team.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tweedr after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
